Fillers
Volumizing Dermal Fillers
Dermal fillers restore volume, smooth lines, and enhance facial contours by adding fullness beneath the skin. They are commonly used to soften wrinkles, plump areas like the lips and cheeks, and improve facial symmetry, creating a more youthful appearance with minimal downtime. At Nurture Aesthetics & Wellness, we focus on natural looking results to improve facial balancing and contour.
What Are Dermal Fillers?
Dermal fillers are minimally invasive injectables comprising hyaluronic and poly-L-lactic acid, essential to moisturizing and smoothening skin. They create better skin by stimulating collagen production, a protein that provides structure and strength to the face. We apply filler injectables to achieve the following:
- Smoothen fine lines and wrinkles.
- Restore volume to the face.
- Shape and refine facial contours.
- Plump and make lips fuller.
- Soften acne and facial scarring.
- Improve skin texture and complexion.

FAQs
How Do Botox and Dermal Fillers Differ?
Botox and dermal fillers serve different purposes in aesthetic medicine. Botox is a neurotoxin that temporarily relaxes facial muscles to reduce the appearance of wrinkles and fine lines, particularly around the forehead and eyes. Dermal fillers, on the other hand, add volume and fullness to areas like the cheeks, lips, and nasolabial folds. Together, they can create a harmonious, youthful appearance.
How Long Does it Take to See Results From Botox and Dermal Fillers?
With Botox, most clients notice improvements within 3 to 7 days as the treatment takes effect. Dermal fillers provide immediate results, but the final outcome may continue to improve over the next few days as any swelling subsides. Both treatments can last several months, depending on the type used and individual factors.
